Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long should my order take? To all major centres about 3-5 days from collection. Outlying areas about 5-7 days. We do try and improve on these timeframes, but it shouldn’t take longer than this.
  2. Can I track my order? Yes you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking number BEV(Order numbers)
  3. What do i do if my order hasn’t arrived? Please contact us immediately on +27 218762903 as Aramex will not be able to help.
  4. Do you ship internationally? Yes but on a case by case basis as the costs vary considerably. Contact us for a quote on @online@bevintners.co.za. In some cases it is easier to refer you to our local agent.
  5. What are your delivery costs? All orders above R1150 are shipped for free within the borders of South Africa. Orders of less than R1150 cost R100 nationally.
  6. Can I Ship Internationally? We do this on a case-by-case basis. If you want to ship wine internationally, contact us for a quote at online@bevintners.co.za.

WineBucks

  1. Can I earn wineBucks if I transact as a Guest? Unfortunately not. You have to open an account in order for us to keep track of your purchases.
  2. How Long are my wineBucks valid for? Your wineBucks are valid for 6 months from the date the wineBucks qualifying order was placed.
  3. How do I earn wineBucks? Register an account and you will receive 100 wineBucks and then 10% of the value of all orders going forward.
  4. How much is a wineBuck worth? 1 wineBuck equals R1

Referral Programme

  1. Do you have a Referral programme? Yes, you can find it under the MyAccount menu.
  2. How does it work? You can send referral’s to all friends who have not already open an account via Facebook, Email and Twitter and they will receive a R100 voucher to use within 2 weeks.
  3. What’s in it for me? Once they use the voucher you will also receive a R100 voucher to use with your next purchase.
  4. How will I know? You should receive an email, but you can also check the status of your referrals under the MyAccount menu.
  5. Is there a limit to how may referrals I can send? No
