Perfect for pool parties and your 1000 closest friends. The centre of attention and often found on the backseat of cars, you won’t believe the bottle is finished and will have to reach for another.
A very smooth and fruity wine that doesn’t want to mess with you, with no acidic heartburn or overt greenness after a few glasses.
It pairs best with Dance Some More by Mango Groove

Source of Grapes:
The fruit for our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from various vineyard sites around the Western-Cape of South-Africa. Each site contributing a different flavour profile to the final blend as it grows on diverse soil types and slopes. Each vineyard is handled separately to capture its unique personality.
End-February to End-March 2023
Each vineyard is harvested and vinified separately to insure maximum complexity. All our fruit are hand picked in the early morning and handled reductively to preserve the integrity of the fruit. After destemming a period of skin contact is allowed according to chemical analysis, phenolic and flavour ripeness. A light pressing is followed by 3days of cold settling to clarify the juice. A maximum of 600l/ton is recovered at this stage. Each vineyard is inoculated with a selected yeast to match its flavour profile. Fermentation lasts for 21-30days at 13-16°C. 2 Months of full lees contact, with regular stirring, is allowed post fermentation to add richness and texture to the wine. The components are then blended and stabilized prior to bottling.
100 days on its primary lees with batonage weekly before the racking and blending. Followed by 3 months in the tank on fine lees.
This is the 11th vintage of our fun-loving Two dogs, a Peacock and a Horse Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is translucent with a bright green hue. The nose is opulent and bursts with a cocktail of fruits, showing aromas of white peach, passionfruit, pear, litchi and fynbos. The palate is lively and concentrated with flavours of melon, mango, guava, gooseberry and creamy richness from the extended lees contact and lingers with vibrant acidity and minerality.
