Cellar Credits are our way of rewarding loyalty. Every time you buy wine directly from Black Elephant Vintners, online or at the cellar door, you earn Cellar Credits that move you closer to the next tier. The higher your tier, the better the benefits, experiences and access you unlock.
How do I earn Cellar Credits?
You earn Cellar Credits automatically whenever you purchase wine directly from Black Elephant Vintners. This includes purchases made on our website or at the cellar door. Your credits accumulate over time and determine your position in the BEV line-up.
How do I move up a tier?
Your tier is based on your total annual spend with Black Elephant Vintners. As your purchases increase, you automatically move up to the next level and unlock the benefits of that tier.
Do my Cellar Credits expire?
Cellar Credits are calculated on a rolling 12-month basis. This means your tier reflects your activity over the past year. Continue buying your favourite BEV wines, and you’ll keep your place on the stage.
Do wine club members receive additional benefits?
Yes. Members of our wine club (Backstage Pass) receive additional benefits on top of their tier rewards. These include exclusive wines, better pricing, and access to special releases and events.
Where can I see my current tier?
You can view your current tier and benefits by logging into your customer profile on our website. As your Cellar Credits increase, your status will update automatically.
Do purchases from restaurants or wine shops count?
Only purchases made directly through Black Elephant Vintners (online or at the cellar door) count toward Cellar Credits. This allows us to reward the customers who support us directly.
How can I reach the next tier faster?
The easiest way to move up the BEV line-up is simply to buy more of the wines you love directly from us. Many customers reach the next tier by building mixed cases, joining the wine club, or stocking up on their favourites when new releases drop.
